What We Offer

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to make sure your burning system meets all your needs!

  • We recommend this option for all new customers. The chimney and fireplace will be fully inspected including the attic, crawl space, fireplace, and top of chimney. This inspection also includes a video scan of the interior of the chimney to check for damage or construction defects. This inspection will provide you with all the information to you need to make informed decisions about your system!

  • At Fire Aid we fully cover the floor and surrounding area and the fireplace opening to protect your home from dust and debris during the sweeping process! This is for removing the hazardous byproducts of combustion such as creosote. Whether it is hard glaze 3rd stage creosote or light and dusty buildup we have the tools to sweep your chimney!

    (ALL SWEEPS ARE AN ADD ON SERVICE ADDED ON TO EITHER AN INSPECTION OR GAS SERVICE)

  • If you have gas logs or a gas unit with a glass front this is likely the option for you! A little bit more expensive than the new customer inspection due to the added work with cleaning and ensuing your unit or log set is functioning appropriately and within manufacture specifications! This option includes everything a new customer inspection covers with the added service and assessment of your gas log/unit!

  • This option is recommended for Fire Aids loyal customers who wish to have their system maintained on a regular basis! This includes a basic inspection every visit as well as any necessary sweeping or minor repairs to keep your system running year after year!

  • If you’re seeing ceiling stains around your chimney and fireplace, experience a moldy type smell in the summer months, or see water in your firebox when it rains it may be a good idea to waterproof your chimney! For this we use water repellents, caps on the top of the chimney and even masonry repairs!

  • We have hands on experience with everything from masonry repairs, rebuilds, wood stoves, and hearth appliances such as inserts! If you have a system in mind or just want to know if a new system is right for you we’d love to help you out!!

    And If we can’t do it then we know who can!!
